Data we use
Trugaro processes the email address and secure password hash needed for the account, along with goals, tasks and progress information saved by the user. Passwords are hashed and are not stored in plain text.
Purposes
This data is used to create and secure the account, provide goal tracking, maintain the session, manage subscriptions and answer service requests.
Workbook and service emails
Your email address is used to send the workbook you request. This request does not enroll you in a promotional sequence. The three earlier follow-up emails are paused. Existing unsubscribe links remain usable, and requesting the document again does not reverse an earlier unsubscribe.
Verification, password reset and account confirmation emails remain available. Goal and action reminders remain tied to the options you enable in the service. No opening pixel or individual click tracking is added to new emails. Older links remain usable without updating these counters. Delivery logs record acceptance or failure by the email server, not whether a message was read.
Cookies and audience measurement
Session cookies and necessary preferences let you log in and use the service. Language settings, drafts and locally stored training results are not erased when you refuse audience measurement.
Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after your permission. It measures page views, usage events and traffic sources. When you are logged in and have agreed, a technical account identifier may be sent to it: these are pseudonymized data, not anonymous statistics. Google advertising features are disabled in this integration.

Meta Pixel loads only with your separate permission for advertising measurement. It measures visits to permitted public pages and registrations completed after email verification. No private hand, journal or goal text, email or account ID is added to Meta events. Automatic advanced matching and automatic events are disabled. You can refuse or withdraw this choice independently of GA4 in cookie settings; events before permission are not replayed.
Your choice is kept for 180 days in this browser. After acceptance, traffic-source context is stored locally for up to 90 days. Refusing or withdrawing permission blocks new events from this controller and removes its local tracking data and Analytics cookies accessible to the site, without deleting your account. Actions before permission are not replayed in Analytics.
Payments
New Premium subscriptions are paused. No payment card is requested to create a free account. The Stripe integration remains in place for the technical management of any existing subscriptions; Trugaro does not store full payment card numbers.
Retention and security
Data is retained as long as needed to provide the service and meet applicable obligations. Reasonable technical measures limit unauthorized access.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction or deletion of your data, as well as restriction of or objection to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email contact@trugaro.com.
Application data copy and privacy requests
A free, password-protected download is available on the data rights page. Its scope and exclusions are shown before download and in the file. For access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, contact contact@trugaro.com.
Deleting the account removes its linked application records. It does not automatically erase separate workbook records, email logs, support messages, browser storage, provider records or backups. Contact us for a broader erasure request; some records may need to be retained for legal reasons.
The response period is normally one month after receipt. A justified extension may apply for complex or numerous requests; you will be informed within the first month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
Poker training and shared content
The application also stores the Poker Math answers and sessions, Poker Lab content and coach connections you use. Hand histories may contain other players’ names. A shared replay is accessible to anyone who has its link: absence from search engines is not an access restriction.
